Abstract

This article is studying the position of the objectives regimes in the law of treaties. As it knows, this categorie is no included in the 1969 Vienna Convention and its existence is doubtful. In fact, it is a controversial question in this field of international law. We intends to demostrate that it really exist in international current practice and we propose an operative concept and some practical considerations for its treatment.
