Abstract

The right to the juridical free assistance is an undissociable part of the right to the judicial effective guardianship, for it and while fundamental right that corresponds to every person with independence of his origin, has not to turn tinted by the elements of alienage, be of international character or of institutional character, which they could meet in a supposed object of the Private International Law.
