Abstract

The study analyzes the judgment 007/2018 of the Constitutional Court of Colombia in which the recruitment of children under 18 in armed groups is addressed. It also studies the possible cataloguing of this behavior as war crime. The final decision of this judgment is valued based on the analysis of the international and domestic regulations applicable in this regard, as well as on general issues of International Law and on its capacity to create an international custom.
